I didn't mean to suggest that it's a scam, just that I get why it can feel like one. Every business is operated by people, and people make mistakes.

Sometimes things get lost in a transitional phase. I’m not saying they’re right, they’re not. They should’ve handled it better and this should be made right.

However, it’s not the first time a thread like this has been posted here

Oh no, I didn’t mean you. There was a member who commented a few above yours who alluded to the CPA network being a scam because of the investigation.

As I’ve said on the forum before, we’re not machines. We’re subject to entropy, decay, and mistakes. Oh, and fucking taxes, of course.

Speak for yourself. I’ve been evading paying taxes for years. What are they gonna do, arrest me?

Also I don’t think they scamming in any way. I used them what feels like a decade ago and they were solid.

We dont even know how much the payment is and what if the publisher is sending fraud traffic ?

He should be ashamed of himself for ruining the advertiser relationship with the network

That's why they are investigating.
Never jump to conclusions, even after the investigation ends, the advertiser has good reasons to claim that this is fraud even if it isn't, and they're the ones holding the money.

Yes, that’s exactly what they’ll do. You may be lucky and they’ll offer you a payment plan, but I’ve heard that if you miss one payment the balance becomes full.

There was another use above who mentioned the word scam. So, that’s what I was referring to.

Also, in my humble IM opinion, taxation is theft.

It can be. You just have to figure out the loopholes. In internet marketing, you can claim a fair amount to get reductions.

It shouldn’t normally but it’s not just a single exchange between us and the advertiser. It’s not like we reach out to them on why they’ve flagged a pub and they say “yeah it’s our wish” and then we tell the pub “tough luck”. There’s a lot of back and forth. Our team liaising with their’s figuring out if there’s enough proof to back up the advertiser’s claims. It’s usually in these instances where we ask the pub for proof of their traffic and campaigns but some of them clamp right up citing reasons of “method leak” and what not. I’m not sure how the other networks work but I honestly couldn’t care about a CPA method that I’ve probably used myself in the past. It goes this far only when the leads are iffy and/or are not converting for the advertiser. So if you’ve got good leads, the payment should be on time.

The leads get counted on the network when our in house anti-fraud has cleared it. But that’s just one part of the equation. It needs to convert for the advertiser (they do have metrics for that and they do keep a close eye on it as like any of us, they don’t want to lose money either). If whatever system they’ve got in place clears it as well, the payment gets sent out. If not, the date gets postponed. But it shows as “Payment due on XX” on our system and a lot of pubs take that for a certainty when it’s not. It’s a definite date when it’s a pub we’ve worked with for years and trust but for some accounts, it’s just a date.

The truth is we’ve got plenty of users who try to game the system. I’ve been a part of this forum for quite a while now and it’s funny watching them think that they’ve fooled our system. There was a time about a year back when threads like this started popping up left and right. I cleared all those payments because they were members of BHW even though their traffic looked sketchy. I was then made to know that there was a facebook group based in a T3 country that listed this out as an actual method. Meaning they encouraged their members to commit CPA fraud and then post a thread on BHW because some clueless AM (me) was green lighting all the payments. I’ve since stopped blindly approving payment requests and have begun looking into the traffic. If it’s genuine, we’ll pay you as that’s the only way a network works.

I never heard that story, man. It sucks that those losers took advantage of your good nature. Helping people is infectious. It's addicting and gives you a nice sense of being the change you want to see. But people like that can really ruin it.

I do not have such idea. And I do not have access to any of these countries.
I only make use of popcash as approved by the affiliate network.
I got the first payment successfully, then the second payment pending over a year now.

why you waited such long for payment and how much is the amount ?
 
I've used adworkmedia few years back without problems and now I'm back in lead generation and working with companies like maxbounty, Toroadvertising, but I feel that adworkmedia is not interested in my traffic. The support doesn't answer, it's impossible to reach out to my affiliate manager and the offers are not beeing accepted.

Adworkmedia has changed drastically over the years.

Second payment is pending over a year? If the amount is not big, just forget about it and move on.
 
Contact their support.

This is not a BHW issue and the representative for that entity has always been on point and never a SL problem.
