Adwords Circumventing Issue

Hi Guys how are you. I am making adwords account but almost in every account am facing circumventing issues & my accounts suspended. Please guide me is there any solution to avoid this circumventing issue. Shall be very thankful.

Same issue with me. I do tech support. But always use a dummy campaign with a new content safe page.

Things tried : NEW IP, NEW PC, NEW CARD(Indian),New domain,content and hosting.

Try reading what actually circumventing is.

It consists for 3 errors:

Text Manipulation.
DNS Change.
Cloaking.

Don't u use any vps? Circumventing policy can be avoided if u take a few precautions

It depends on what you advertise on your page.
Also this may be due to your previous ban. Google make many things so that banned users can not run ads anymore
You can try all the things in one time (new VM, new card, New domain, content (try content not related to banned accs) and hosting)
