AdWords Campaign for App

Does AdWords campaign affect App ranking in Playstore negative?

Before few months I started Campaign for my App, But on second day My App disappeared from All ranked keywords, now that App is almost dead
I don't know it's because AdWords or anything else

Now I Published New App, But scared to start AdWords campaign again.

Anyone have similar experience?
