Adwords ban - is this hub right solution?

There is some kind of hub of ad platforms with 1 interface (for casino traffic).

I did not try it yet. If I'll start work throw their interface, pay from their account - in this case chance to be banned by Adwords getting low? Or not?
Any suggestions?
