Adwords Account Settings for Cloaking

Hi!

I already had success with fem adwords accounts using cloaking, but I can't still have a conclussion about how it should be perfectly done. Some of them get banned quickly.

Which is the right settings for the account?
I have few questions:

1. It can last longer depending on the country where you create the account. Any confirmation about this? Which are the most safe countries in terms of Policy?
2. Which is the best way to create/upload the ad/campaign?
3. Which are the times to take between step and step? and which are these steps?
4. Please let me know any important indication about how to do it with success.

It depends on quality of cloaker you are using if the cloaked know how to arrange the system works them you can sustain your adword accounts and make more .
 
After place ads on adwords it goes to review. when not match destination URL then ads will not approve.
 
You need a good cloaker for adword crawler needs to be on the same site plus things work when they see a genuine web page with good ctr .
 
This is a never ending discussion of which no one was able to reply with a straight answer. One thing works for one person and the other thing works for another.

1. Yeah. Some countries raise flags due to amount of fraud. I won't single any country out but they're out there if you research.

2. Cloaking does not influence how you build your campaign. You wanna drive people to the landing page.

3. Build your campaigns like you would any campaign. Ask your cloaker provider for setup details.

4. Seriously, ask your cloaker provider for details.
 
Cloaking doesn't impact how to set up campaigns. Your account's age and spend will partly impact how much scrutiny you get on campaigns so with newer campaigns you want to make sure that your "normal" or "safe" page completely complies with TOS and you might even want to run it for a while to build up some history.
