ive tried to create plenty of new accounts but everytime i tried they keep suspending the account for the same reason. HELP!

They change their billing, now it is hard to start a new account especially with any type of prepaid or gift card.

there is no vvc working in the market
also all the proxies even the premium proxies dont work

get areal card from ur bank and real ip address from ur country

When using a real CC from your bank account can't they just keep linking it to you as you get new cards?

Adwords can link billing detais even if slightest of clue is left, once billing is registered with real card, one is surely exposing himself, so not a good suggestion.

Im using payoneer with my old adwords accounts. recently I stoped using my normal credit card and move with payoneer and adwords, payoneer offers a virtual ach account

I get also several account suspended after trying to open multiple account using different CC, name, address, IP, domain etc.... I get always flagged after 2 days. I would also suggest to not use the same adword campaign as the previous one, not same ads and keywords to avoid to get flagged to fast.
