If I remember correctly, people weren't sharing methods, they were trying to sell in the thread, that is why it was reported.

AWS, Multilogin and Luminati us proxies. VCC doesn't really mater because I can't acces Ads dashboard panel to set up the account.
I start with creating the GMAIL account.
The "infinite refresh loop" triggers when i want to sign in the ads account.

I think Vcc does matter. Because all vcc doesn't work with adwords.

Without accessing ads dashboard how do your run your ads?

I see people are saying that churn and burn accounts are a waste of money. Just to correct you guys, you might be doing something wrong because threshold accounts spend the full $350 amount and sometimes more. You just have to know what you're doing.
