If I remember correctly, people weren't sharing methods, they were trying to sell in the thread, that is why it was reported.

I've created several adwords accounts with USA IPs and CC, treshold starts from 35$ on each account and raises gradually. Currently have only 1 account alive, spent 35000$ treshold raised at 600$. So, stop searching for big tresholds, start promoting products with good profit.

AWS, Multilogin and Luminati us proxies. VCC doesn't really mater because I can't acces Ads dashboard panel to set up the account.
I start with creating the GMAIL account.
The "infinite refresh loop" triggers when i want to sign in the ads account.

I think Vcc does matter. Because all vcc doesn't work with adwords.

Without accessing ads dashboard how do your run your ads?
