I am looking for advertising network (that can perform obviously) which allow me to post affiliate marketing links for online casino. Does facebook allow such advertisement and direct linking to affiliate link? Does anyone have any recommendation? I want to see results fast and have no interest with SEO and organic traffic. Appreciate your kind comment and advise on this.

You can get ads live in an hour in FB ads + cloaking. They wont allow direct linking, as Gambling violates their TOS, but you can easily do this with a good cloaker

You may also look into finding niche sites (blog sites or content related sites) where you can pay the website owner to post your links in their page.
