- step 1: damge this account tobe disabled 792 form
- step 2: send appeal to META, once it reactivate , not hold anymore

Hey! Yeah, so when an ad account is paused and there are outstanding bills, that's usually why. The system flagged payment issues even if you're under the threshold, so one fail or delay can put a hold on the account.
Make a manual payment to clear the pending balance – sometimes that unlocks the account. If the payment method is old or multi-used, try substituting a new one (preferably not tied to any ad accounts). Contact support through the billing section. Generally, they do get back if it’s a straight payment issue.
If it’s a BM (Business Manager) or agency account, the rules get a little tighter — so always keep a buffer and don’t cut it too close to the threshold.
