The displayed items usually cost a lot of money for FB but are difficult to run because they violate FB's policies. Find a way to bypass FB's AI.

Currently, Facebook is launching a large-scale sweep of BH advertising campaigns. It will not be as easy as before. You should find agency partners that provide good advertising accounts to conduct these campaigns. :)
 
When my clients encounter the same thing as you, we usually replace the proxy, profile, page and account and everything is solved.
 
Please talk directly with support to check the reason for the restriction. If creating an account is too difficult, consider using agency accounts
 
Is your profile verified? You can contact Facebook support to complain, in the meantime you should create a new page to run ads

The only thing I can think of was I was running an ad, advertising my poker facebook page, where they thought I was advertising gambling which wasn't the case. I even spoke to live chat and they told me what wording to use and change so that my ad would be approved. Now I find that I'm restricted and I can't run anymore ads. Now, of course, I can't create a new live chat case to even talk to anyone about it and haven't figured out how to get around this.

What are my options? I'm assuming create a new Business Manager account or something along those lines?

I tried doing that the other day and got denied trying to create a new one, when submitting the request I got a message to say that I'm unable to create account as my advertising access is restricted.

Any help is appreciated.

Please review your ad content and edit it so that your account will not be disabled in the future like the case you just mentioned above.
 
I read it seems like your ad was seriously violated, but you still have a chance to get it back by appealing again (if you're not confident in doing that, you can hire a service).
 
If you are sure your ad does not violate the policy, you can appeal to get your account back. and you should prepare backup accounts to avoid work interruption

Your account is restricted. You should use a verified account and can appeal to Facebook support if necessary. Besides, you can create a new profile or buy or rent a trusted account if necessary.
 
You should create a campaign with images and wrap good images outside the campaign to get approved quickly.
 
Low quality acc get flagged could be one of the reason. There are many ways to modify your creatives to minimize the restriction
