Advertising Access Restricted

Hey everyone,

I'm having a hard time with Facebook and advertising and seems impossible to speak to anyone to get my issue resolved.

Earlier this year I got the message "Your advertising access is restricted. You’re no longer allowed to advertise across Facebook’s apps and services. You can’t run ads, manage advertising assets, create ad accounts or create business portfolios."

I'm not entirely sure why I was restricted but this is the message I see; "Why this happened . It looks like your user doesn't follow our Advertising Policies affecting business assets. Reasons may include:Trying to bypass our ad review processParticipating in fraudulent behaviorAssociating with untrustworthy accountsAbout Meta's rulesRestrictions help create a safe community and empower meaningful connections across Meta." The only thing I can think of was I was running an ad, advertising my poker facebook page, where they thought I was advertising gambling which wasn't the case. I even spoke to live chat and they told me what wording to use and change so that my ad would be approved. Now I find that I'm restricted and I can't run anymore ads. Now, of course, I can't create a new live chat case to even talk to anyone about it and haven't figured out how to get around this.

What are my options? I'm assuming create a new Business Manager account or something along those lines?

I tried doing that the other day and got denied trying to create a new one, when submitting the request I got a message to say that I'm unable to create account as my advertising access is restricted.

Any help is appreciated.

Advertise on BHW
You should use a profile with verified identity, then the restriction on your advertising account will no longer exist

Your user has been restricted. You can try contacting support and appeal. If you want to continue advertising, you can find a reliable account rental partner and continue
 
I think you should buy a new advertising account and change the information and verify your identity, then try a new ad with a slightly different content to avoid being scanned for policy violations.
 
Thanks for the advice so far everyone, just for context. The user is myself, I'm verified and I've been advertising on FB for years previously with no issues apart from this.

There's no way for me to contact support, I don't have that option inside my Business Suite.

Is my only option here to create a new advertising account, or new profile, or something like that?
 
You should use verified profiles, find trustworthy rental or account purchasing partners. If not, you can contact support to appeal

I think your profile is not verified yet, please verify your profile to be able to create an account, if not, I think you should find some agents who have available accounts for you to use.
 
I don’t see an option to verify my account, it doesn’t give me any steps to follow and I can’t find how?
 
When you have limited access to Facebook ads, the issue can be difficult to resolve, especially when you can't talk directly to support. Maybe the problem is due to your profile. You should use verified profiles.
 
The problem will be difficult to resolve if you can't talk directly to support. Maybe the problem is with your profile, please verify your profile or find some agency that has an account available for you to use.

This year Facebook is much more difficult, I'm also having difficulty with this. Really frustrated with Facebook as it is now

You should try to contact the support department to appeal the restricted account. If it still does not work, you should have an alternative solution.

You can use your verified account to chat directly with the fb support team and ask them to submit a complaint.
 
Your Facebook account is currently restricted from advertising, you can resist it but it will take time to wait for results, so the only way is to use a new account. You can also buy or rent accounts from agencies, if the account is disabled they will send you a replacement account immediately.
 
The process is pretty simple. If you can't win the appeal. Then your only option is to create an entire new Facebook account with new business manager. You may have to setup a new business entity as well. Just whatever you did, don't do it again. Also, casino is very sensitive business on Facebook. And, like others are saying rent an account, so they can keep them going for you.

You can ask the fb support team to help you complain, or it would be better to rent another account
 
Unfortunately, there’s no way I can contact support or request a review or appeal, those options aren’t available to me.

If I try to create a new Facebook account, I’ll surely need to verify my identity to run ads again won’t I? And they’ll see that I’m already restricted, so that won’t work either?

Running through an agency seems like my only option by the sounds of it?

In my opinions, think u should change strong social profile and proxy if u use any browser , maybe it was dirty and have violated policies resources there. As well as let prep new mores ources to restart then see results tks )
