Advertisement overlay over video

Hello,

As title says, i have wordpress website with adult traffic.
I want to put advertisement overlay over the video, something like: complete this offer to watch this video.
I cant find any plugin/script that supports other websites than youtube or vimeo, i need plugin that supports other websites + iframe... been searching for past 2 hours cant find anything.
Any help is appericated!

Im not very good at programming, i will appericate if you will link me something or show me example how to do it.

Found few sources, but div is not showing up...Can someone help me please?
