Advanced adult tube script methods: KVS vs CyberSEO?

To start,

I’ve had too many problems with XWPthemes and have heard bad things about WP-script. Adult Script Pro is out of my price range (plus, no refunds is crazy!). I want to have more control over my site and be able to fix simple stuff if it goes wrong, but don’t want to get into coding.

1. I’ve heard good things mentioned about CyberoSEO and and KVS on this forum. Can you please tell me more about them?

2. I’m thinking of using WP Import all, but can’t seem to find any good options for themes which won’t break at some point. Is there a software out there where I can create my own theme?
