Adult website indexing problems

I be recently started a adult tube website and I have submitted it to Google search console , bong webmaster tools ,yandex webmaster tools and naver webmaster tools.

I have posted the sitemaps on each one of them but all have indexing problems , especially bing , it says : we are unable to connect to the DNS for this URL ,yandex also doesn't accept my sitemap

Any way I could fix this ? Also what are the best SEO keyword research tools ?

For SEO keywords, I can recommend you to do research with SEMRUSH, you use keyword tools.

Verify DNS configuration, review sitemap compatibility, resubmit sitemap, check server accessibility and monitor crawl errors. For keyword research I will recommend SemRush and Ahref

for keyword research i can suggest semrush, moz, and you can check via organically with help of google search and also you can find best keyword from the competitor analysis

To improve the indexation of the landing page, you can:
- sub-link the page and key categories using backlinks to target indexing bots - but here, too, you should take care of the "quality" of these backlinks, so as not to harm the domain
- in GSC, in addition to sitemap xml, report the rss feed
- link in the footer sitemap.xml and sitemap in html format, then link from the outside this sitemap in html
- use the link indexer
