Regarding dmca if your content is not original and is copyrighted you potentially may get in trouble.

For that kind of views a day no shared hosting will help you as you need better server (preferably your own dedicated server) to handle traffic.
Offshore VPS or other hosting providers are advised if you plan on ignoring dmca requests.
Otherwise you can use any standard dedicated/vps hosting that allows adult stuff but you have to remove content that get dmca.

Wordrpess is okay-ish for porn tubes but if you plan on having millions of views a day I would hire someone to create custom coded website, it will be better performance wise a lot.

If you host your videos on doodstream, you might not need to upload the videos to wordpress anymore. Just embed the existing doodstream video on wordpress. Or if you want to have a semi-automatic way, just use wpdoods plugin. It integrates your WP site with doodstream via an API key. You can fetch a doodstream video directly on wordpress and use the fetched data to create a video post automatically. they provided a shortcode to embed your video into the post responsively. I found it works in any wordpress theme.
