You must have a privacy policy, about page & contact page. Then you need to have a couple of other pages (it's not set in stone 5-10) and what's most important is that the content should be original. I would wait at least a month before applying for adsense.

Some people make 1000 of websites for adsense. How do they that? Are those all sites link to same adsense account? and are there any tools or some service to manage this type of web farms.?
