Adsense Shortner URL Link Cloaking

Hello,
i have notice that some website for url Shortner are working with adsense in smart way (which is illegal in google adsense policy)
Check with me the analyse and help me to get the real idea
Let's take an example :

this website for shorten URLs
1. https://shrtfly.com/
2. Paste any url and get the short link : https://stfly.me/qqwtii
3. Acces to that link
4. Press on human verification
5. we get a link of blog with 5 second button skip page with google adsense ads are showing
https://nbyts.online/top-5-best-techniques-to-find-potential-keywords-for-an-ecommerce-platform6. Copy that link and access to from an incognito tabs and we will get an normal blog article and not a 5 second button skip page

- I think that they use cloaking scipts for this redirections..

So any one have any idea about it ? how they work ? script thet are using?
do you have link to share with me to learn this method because i have a huge traffic volume and i can get profit from this method.

This requires good programming knowledge. You can use TNPLinks[.]com ad network with no pop ads and a minimum CPM of 1$

It seems this technique still works and google adsense didn't flag the website for invalid traffic.
Do you have more information on scripts used?
Did you figure out how to clone this technique?
