Experts Help needed
I have adsense accounts with all verifications completed and site approved but unfortunately some accounts are deactivated because I did not put ads on my website for 60 days or so.
Now I need help to have a website that can be approved by Google adsense.

Just try applying it again, and make sure all the necessary pages is in the site.
 
It makes no sense for you to apply to AdSense if you don't have any traffic. Work on your site until you get traffic, and then apply.

i am not looking to earn from it , i am already working with CPA offers.
I am thinking to sale my adsense accounts so they dont get closed over time.

This process is actually simple, 1) get long and quality contents.
2) the contents should be at least 1000 words each.
3) get a reasonable engagement on your posts and you're good to go

Believe me I'm pretty sure of this, I verified this from the last one I did.

How many adsense accounts you have? How you got so many accounts, did you purchase them? And how do you manage so many payment profiles?

I had a dozen of the but now they are all closed , i just have a few now
yes i purchased and managing them is not a problem

How do you manage multiple adsense accounts?
do you use any anti-detect browser?
do you use all adsense account on one PC?
All the payment method are the same? or use your personal different bank informatijon?

Apply to it again and you will have no problem getting the approval again.
