Adsense Double Click Penalty Need Help!

Hello,

From the last 7 days, my Adsense account CTR 75% dropped suddenly even traffic is the same. When i confirm that why it's happening. So i found "When a visitor clicks on my ads from mobile so adsense showing "Go to Site" action button before visiting advertiser's site.

Does anyone have a solution on how to rid this issue?

That’s a weird issue recheck your google adsense codes and activate google auto ads and see if this issue goes away

Auto ads are already on and I'm using 300x250 ad banner only for my site. And no email or notification received from adsense about this issue.
