Adsense Cpc is 0.00!! is this noraml?

Hey.. i don't know if is this the right place to post this but it seems for me the best suitable place to do so..
this days my adsense cpc dropped so hard from 0.05 to 0.00.. and i'm wondering if anyone happened to know anything about the issue here?
