Technically yes but this market did well before 2017, now it’s hard.

You can create a content website with paginated post and create headlines like “Top 10 ways to lose weight”

Then put adsense and revcontent ads on there and promote, there’s various sources of cheap traffic that will work for this.

Bear in mind a $100 test isn’t going to do anything, do it properly and test with 2 to 3k, the only reason people ask this question here is because they either haven’t tried or they tried on a small budget.

AdSense doesn't focus on keywords anymore and shows ads relevant to user interests, browsing history, search and bunch of other things.
If user was looking for BMW's and your site is in Flowers niche - he will see BMW ads, not flowers.

Focus on the niche you know and can create (or buy) good content for.

I agree with the statements above, and I would add, Don't go for a niche. When you are on arbitrage, you'll have to do a lot of tests to weed out bad performing campaigns, publishers and ads. When you are in a tiny niche you'll find yourself limited to find new articles ideas when it's time to scale.
I suggest that you go broad. Choose a news-like domain name, have some general categories, and post different articles. When people come to your site from a native ad, they are there to read that article, don't rely on the fact that they will read other articles or follow your site on FB. Your main goal is to make them leave your site by clicking your Adsense ads, nothing less, nothing more. It's a number game, so be prepared to have a close eye on your stats all day long ;)

That’s a bad advice. It might have worked with micro niche sites 10 years ago, but not anymore. Visitors should not leave by clicking on the Adsense ad and it is work of the advertisers to convince users to click on the ads. That’s why they target visitors, ‘cook’ them, etc - not to show just any ads, but to show those ads that visitors might click as this is what they were looking for. As a publisher you should focus on making content that can engage your visitors, make them comeback, like you and respect you as a project. If all users leave your site by clicking on the ad (which will never happen) you will get banned from Adsense (and all other ad networks) for being low quality source. Would you want to put your ad on the low quality source or respected site? When you watch tv - do you run to the shop after you see ad? Visitors are not sheep. Also, don’t focus just on Adsense there are many other ad networks that pay better.

I see that we are playing at different levels and Arbitrage is not your regular game.
I used to think that way, but now that I manage 5 figures daily budget (unfortunately not for myself but for my boss) I think that I'm pretty confident that what I'm talking about is accurate. Adsense doesn't give a shit about your bounce rate as far as they make their dough unless you are a small player. They don't like us, but they can't let us go.
Take notes. There is a big difference between Adsense and Google search engine. Do you think we care about Google? All of our sites are noindex. and how the hell will we be banned if we make our ad networks money if I follow your reasoning?
BTW, we are not selling anything so your analogy about shopping is worthless.
One last thing, I would really like to have your input about the "so-called" better-paying ad networks that pay better than Adsense. I've been looking for that for a decade.

We are ‘playing’ in the different levels - I agree.

Search for: top 100 ad networks Adsense alternatives - you will my BHW post with list of ad networks.

I am not sure what you manage for your boss but either you or him not doing things well if you work only with Adsense and create low quality content on purpose.

I agree that you don’t have to be in google to buy traffic, if you look through my threads you will see that I suggest a lot to buy traffic if you have budget instead of doing SEO as this is the fastest way to make profit, as well as get those users that would be happy about your site.

    5 figures - rupees? :)
(that is a joke, of course it’s pounds :) )

So how should the users leave the site? By hitting the X button on the browser?

Stop making things complicated. Just create your articles, and put ads on it.
