Check the basics -quality and amount of your content/articles, do some human edits , check the ease of navigation, policy, t&c pages, etc. Ezoic also follow same policies as Adsense.

I invested in HQ content, matched policy etc. build 10 blogs. 7 of 10 get rejected. But they all are the same.
So, adsense very depend of person who gives you approval.
Why I say that?
I re-apply 2 months later and get approval 4 of 7 remaining blogs.
