what the first thing should i do when adsense limit my ads and monitor my traffic?

Move on to a better ad network, they may remove restrictions but later on they’ll permanently restrict them. There’s no point in appealing because they don’t care

If you’re traffic is growing organically then you don’t have to do anything

I think, Ad servicing may temporary limit or restrict your account. because it analyses and evaluates your traffic and automatically review and update the limits. it takes sometimes to process so can't say how long this will take. you have to wait.

My account also got flagged Ads under limit and fill ratio became 50% or less. I had same issue earlier but got removed within 2 weeks but this time it is still active even after 2 weeks. I am running only Adwords campaigns for installs (Not threshold account) even then they kept my account under limit.
