all payments went out as usual.
payments always will and always have go out on time. but we do send them late in the evening sometimes.

actually i see that paypal payments went out at 9:16 and you posted at 9:18 ;)
 
thank you i just want to say that adscend is one of the best companys out there they have never been late on payment .. and one thing i could believe was that when i called Sunday night some picked up the phone which was awesome.. then 10 mins later i got my payment.
 
What's with the Certificate renewal how could you forget this?

we're working on this now. or actually we're waiting for it. we're able to update the certificate on our servers but it also needs updated in our ddos protection service. they use the certificate to decode our traffic, analyze it, and then re-encode seemlessly. we're not able to update that ourselves though so they're out of sync and we're waiting for it to be completed. should be very soon.

i put in an update so that it won't affect tracking pixels
 
Are the stats being tracked? Mine have not updated since the certificate expired. Shall I pause my campaigns for now?

I'v been using the password/download content gateway, and it's shit. It doesn't even listen to what campaigns i have in my preferred list. It only takes those shitty low-ass surveys that don't convert as well. Seriously you guys should improve that survey database and make it something like cpal, it's almost impossible to see which are converting well network wide and which aren't.

its better if you can remove "Smiley Central International" offer!
 
The file gateway does not work with your preferred offers list. The preferred offer list is found in the Content Gateway section and applies only to it.

The file gateway chooses offers based on network EPCs.
 
I get those 504s all the time when refreshing my stats. And no I'm not sitting there hammering the refresh button. Normally I leave it for a moment and they'll load normally on the next refresh, but...

My conversions have also been shit over the last few days, offers which were converting 1:20 are now converting 1:70-1:100+ which is pretty goddamn awful for an email submit. I switched my Adscend traffic to another program while I see what happens.

I was told by my AM they no longer allow apps of any kind and they will be deleted . Can someone from adscendmedia clear this up?
