Autumn, it sounds like the 504 issue you have is due to the page timing out. The reason it works after you refresh is because then MySQL has cached the results and can display it immediately. Basically if a page takes longer than 20 or 30 seconds to load, it's going to 504. We don't allow connections to remain open for longer than that. If you're using SubID stats, those stats can be pretty slow to load and cause that problem. 504s can also be caused just by rapid-fire traffic from your IP. For people visitng the gateway it won't be an issue.

Your issue with conversion rates though is not one that we're seeing network-wide. In fact we see no drop in conversion rates. Our no-scrub submits are still converting at 27%.

I talked with Fehz and 2 other reps today and they said its okay as long as its compliant with yours and fb tos.

Should we take your word as the final say? because we're hearing 2 different things.

Is anyone from the UK able to access Adscend? I couldn't this morning, and I've just tried again and I can't access it on my laptop (home internet), mobile internet, and when I visit my website the gateway just fails to load.

I've done a host tracker check and it failed on 8 servers.

Can I please have an update from you guys on what's going on? I feel recently I'm just gunna have to go for the plunge and change to someone like Pointclicktrack, as there's to much earning potential at steak here.

Odd. We had a couple people this afternoon that would say it wasn't working from their home PC, but in one example worked from their neighbor's wifi. We talked to our hosting company & server admins and they couldn't find any issues. But we have uptime moinotring from 4 cities, and the hosting company monitors our domain from I think 6, and none of our monitors ever showed downtime. What uptime service did you use? Apparently some are incompatible with our DDoS protection.

ok this explai s lead were slow since last nite. i have been able to get in the site but leads are slow. i am currently stuck at 12$ and im normally at 50$

is it problable that our trqffic is not able to access the offers?

I agree, leads are abnormally slow.

Jeremy, in all seriousness I would assess this situation a bit more closely, because there is definitely a problem. It wouldn't so much be an issue when the publisher interface was not accessible, but when the gateway simply doesn't load or lags for 10-15 seconds, it's a bit more of an issue.

We're unable to replicate the issue but we think we know what it is now. We'll have the fix in place very soon (tonight hopefully).

Leads are defintely slow! Even leads they claimed to be "No scrub" not converting WTF?
