Ads not showing after app removed and re-upload

My app is removed 4 days ago on google play. And I re-uploaded it. There was no problem for 4 days. But today ads not showing. Match rate is 0. And any warning mail didn't come to me for ads. What can be reason? When it can be fix? Or What can I do for this? Thanks.

Contact Admob and stop bothering yourself.
I had a similar issue with an app that was removed and republished.
Ads started showing after 24h once the app got accepted and got live.

I filled and sent the form. But this form is another form on site. Because didn't come any mail. And I haven't a problem id number. I'm already waiting. Only i wanted ask this. Thanks.
