Ads Manager Error - How to avoid?

Hello,
How would you avoid getting 'ads manager error' on an Facebook ads account? I have numerous accounts and would like to use several $50 coupons I have (one on each account obviously) which I have been able to do successfully for by buying a Prepaid Mastercard (Which cost $4 to buy) however now the account gets the horrific 'Ads Manager Error' after about 1 hour of the ad being approved.


How do I ensure I do not get 'ads manage error' ?

I have been using the 'pay with credit card' should I add the card to my Paypal and pay via the prepaid mastercard via Paypal?

Have another can make success in ads？
If anyone does know of a way, I would be willing to pay some cash for the help！

Belle you can't use multiple ads coupon in one account.
You have to add card for payment first in fresh account then have to add coupon then only it will works.
