Ads i fb not start spending

Advertise on BHW
You can add a new card via the boost post function + create 1 more ad group in the current campaign to push it to spend
 
You can check the page, check to see if the account is being held, or you can change to another advertising account.

Check if your payment method is valid, check if the account is not on hold and change to a new fan page
 
Consider using a VCC and see if that solves your problem. If you already were, try changing providers, there's a lot of good options like Revolut, or what have you.

An account with no spending can be due to many reasons: the payment method has a problem, the fan page is restricted, or the account may be on hold. You need to check each factor to find the cause of the account not having spending and find a way to fix it. Good luck!

Maybe the page has a problem, you should work with another page and be more careful
 
There are many different reasons why that should be:
1. Payment method
2. Account restriction
3. You may need to recreate the add
4. You may need to create another page.
 
check payment , page and see if the account is hold
 
Please try to check if your account is holding money, or if your page has been restricted
