AdRevenue (Question - Page Design & Page Content)

I'm looking towards creating a file hosting site to create a simple ad revenue from some type of ad service (AdSense / PopAds / etc..), however I know there's plenty of rules with each provider (especially AdSense.. dang google..), I was wondering if there was anyone with up-to-date page design advice, along with content to stay within the guidelines of AdSense

I believe that MediaFire is a good example, as they have/had (They've recently changed their UI) multiple ads on their download page, while generating other content on their download page such as detail about the detected file type, estimated download time, file size, and uploaded time.
