Today i came across some google ads for some major companies with their official domain like microsoft.com (ads are done by 3rd parties only) but when clicked on the ad it went to a subdomain of microsoft. instead of http://www.microsoft.com it went to marketplace.microsoft.

there is another serious thing i saw with this ad is that this was advertised by ford motor company usa ( it has 100s of fords ads but there are some few GH or BH ads in it) how come some is is able to get such accounts in usa and do black or grey ads? can someone help us setup this adobes redirect or whatever the system this advertiser uses?

Far as I can tell from your snippet that link is a marketplace search, so they were probably able to include their product page there?

You mean in google ads it’s allowed to show the main domain as the url in ads and use a subdomain as the final url to land?

Something like that. Might also be an insecure redirection script under microsoft dot com or something.

looks like ur seeing a mix of enterprise tracking redirects and agency account hijacking .
enterprise suites like adobe advertising cloud or older omniture setups often use tracking links that act as open redirects if the admin hasn't whitelisted specific destination domains . u can essentially wrap your money url inside their authoritative tracking link to borrow the domain trust for the initial click-through .
regarding the ford / microsoft ads
these ads are usually running on high-trust agency accounts with millions in spend history . google's automated filters are way more lenient on these because of the trust score of the account .
they use high-end cloakers (not the $50 ones u find in the marketplace) that analyze the request at the tcp/ip level . they show a white-hat ad for the ford motor company to the bots and then flip the switch to the grey/black offer for real users based on geo/behavior .
the microsoft marketplace example is likely a white-label injection . some enterprise sections allow users to create storefronts or product pages where u can inject custom html/js . u get a microsoft.com url with zero effort and massive ranking power .
its a high-level game tho . if u try this with a fresh account it’ll get nuked in minutes . u need the spend history to ride the trust .

Is there anyone supplying this kind of gads accounts in this forum? I see my competitors are able to advertise in daily basis from different accs everyday and the advertiser seems to have 100s of other ads running from the same account when I check in google ads transparency page.
