Dear BHW Members.

I'm running a YT channel and recently got monetization after 3 months.

But my videos are not ranking well.

I see my competitor using # in their posts and the videos are ranking very well.

My channel is 4 months old and competitor channel is 2 years old.

My videos are about daily astrology and what is the best way to write title

Ex. Today Astrology | 28-July-2019 | Channel Name
or Today Astrology | 28-July-2019 | Daily Astrology | Channel Name

or any of your suggestions will be much appreciated.

What is the best way to separate (pipe | or space or & or comma) keywords?

You guys helped me on a lot while starting my channel. please help me one more time.

Put the # in the description not in the title.

I would separate your title like this:
Today Astrology - 28-July-2019 - Today Astrology - Channel Name

I have a question for you, what does putting your channel name in the title do?

You can use 3 #
Just put it in the description of your video (i suggest at the end) #word #word #word , they will appear over your title and they will appear in the search for that particular hashtag.
I suggest to do some research and use hashtag that will benefit your videos.

Putting the hashtags in the description section gives you most seo benefit.

The ranking of your tags is really affected by the amount of watch time per impression you are generating from your video. While formatting your titles is important, I doubt it's going to have much effect on your ranking.

Try to do some stuff to gain more watch time like pin a top comment with a timestamp, have calls of action throughout the video that utilize playlists and cards to try to drive playlist views and longer watch time per viewer.

that alone will not have a great impact on the ranking
