Everyone says Google consider subdomain as a different site.
So, Adding a forum in subdomain will help in ranking my post on main domain?

No it wouldn't, it's just like you said. Google will see it as a different site. Having it under a subdomain may help the main url more.

I'd say as a sub directory, to ensure you're getting the value from the root domain.

Can you explain your last line?
It will help my main URL, If I add a subdomain?
Sorry, I meant if you use a subdirectory like domain.com/forums it will help your root domain more than a subdomain.

I usually only use subdomains if I plan on having the forum or blog in a separate server/host.

Subdomains aren't a magical, completely separate entity. If they're designed in a way that they are basically completely isolated (e.g., the root domain wordpress.com generally isn't linking directly to shittyaffiliatespam.wordpress.com), then yes, they are pretty much separate sites. But if your internal link structure is basically using them as a separate section of the same root domain, then you're going to see different results. It depends on your internal link structure and overall site structure.

Here's a video from (lmao) Matt Cutts. While I wouldn't really recommend taking Google's official statements at face value for most SEO information, this video is reasonably useful:

Friend, Forum Posting is considered as a blackhat seo method. The more you add signature in your keywords while posting in forum. your keyword will be affected

if you have people engaging in the forum, it will definitely help.
just creating a forum subdomain won't do any good.
