May be good for tier 1 sites that require some form of a boost and not the money site itself.

I placed a no follow link in the blog sidebar and they accepted it. Do you think it can harm?

They ask to link a casino website.. If you have adsense.. I suggest to NOT link any gambling sites
 
I didn't think people were that careless. Jumping right in their without actually thinking about it. This could actually potentially do more harm than good.
 
Me too thinking that putting your link on web with thousands of link looks spammy and shitty to google. This kind of site where everybody can put link is like shit list in my opinion...
 
You can find some nice paid directories. But stay away from this shit like the plague.
