I launch some Campaigns Since yesterday (Aff Marketing), anyone has long term experience with this network , the low CPC and Insane Amount of Impressions seems kind of fishy!

You should only use be use Pop/ Full page monetization tested your campaigns.. you said you didn't try any network before? why did you don't use biggest companies like Propellerads? this is very risky to spend all your money on a banner that you don't know what the banner of the company would reach you, at least try A/B test I have not use Banner until I know I can see the result.
