Ad scrapping tool similar to Adespresso's ad examples?

Hi All,

there used to be a tool (someone used to sell it here if I remember) that allowed you to search for ads that people were running on social media or other channels, all for a one-time fee.

Can anyone tell me what it is called?

Otherwise, would you recommend any similar tool? I need to see what ads competitors are running on different channels.
