Ad network that accepts Paypal payments in bulk up front

Yeah, so basically i'm looking for as many different AD networks that accept paypal as possible. The catch is that I need them to accept payment up front in bulk (like $500).

So, I need advertisers that will allow me to create an account with them where I can upload a bunch of money from my paypal account in one go - which I can then use to fund my ads, rather than getting billed as and when.

I'm completely new to advertising in case you can't already tell

Here are some of the networks which accept Paypal:
Bing
Facebook
Bidvertiser
Chitika

Bing has helped people in getting some great results and depending upon the type of campaign, facebook can do good as well.
I don't have any experience with bidvertiser and chitika but you can give them a try as well or can find some of their reviews online.
