Ad Advice for Selling Kindle Book

I have a client who has a spirituality book that I want to sell on Kindle and had some amazing click through via Facebook but they stopped at actually buying the book from Amazon.

Any other ads I can use to sell this Kindle book (google etc) she has no website, and has no e-mail peeps. So I just have to work with the Kindle Amazon page. Please let me know the best and fastest way to sell it!

I tried selling it through Amazons ad program but fmuta it was crazy. They have like 15 different services and they don't all connect - all I wanted to do was add it as a promoted suggestion with our business amazon account and connect to her kindle account (let's just say it did not work). Any advice is welcome!

Why don't you (or her) simply create an ad from her author account? Amazon ads are very efficient

Are you using Facebook ads? That helps.

Change the blurb description maybe it might be what is turning them off. And/or change the cover.
