ad account banned

You just need to add an ad account to the Facebook profile that has that page and you will get a backup account.

You only need a personal account to administrate the page so you can set up ads for that page
 
with your campaign build it gradually and and try changing the content and images of the campaign
 
You can find reputable agents on the homepage to ask them to help with account problems, and on the Facebook page, switch to the profile and use it for a new advertising account.
 
You need to prepare 1-3 FB advertising accounts to avoid a banned account affecting your business. You just need to add the advertising account to the Facebook profile that has that page and you can add that page to your BM account
 
Avoid illegal content such as advertising prohibited products, false information, or misleading content

It's simple, you share the page to your FB account and then create a campaign.

You just need to share your account with your advertising account and page.

Facebook often scans a lot now, you should have a room account to replace it when banned, Facebook is getting more and more difficult
 
You can use multiple different ad accounts on the same page, Just add the account to the Facebook profile containing that page. But use a strong account to be stable in the long run, especially for insurance campaigns
