Lately I've started to notice that picking up a payment system for Bing has become much more difficult. When linking certain cards it simply gives me an error.
Often it's your card, but it's also affected by the fact that your account was created recently or because you use cheap proxies.

5 Payments that I recommend for use and guarantee their work:

Wise - yes-yes-yes, as cliché as it sounds, but things are much better with Wise now than they were six months ago. Given the cost of cards in stores now is the best option on the price/quality ratio;
Skrill
- it's as easy as possible to sign up, there's no need to give a fuck. You need to top up before releasing the СС;
Astro - is a convenient option with Visa cards;
SliceIt- I think the best option for Indian accounts (especially for those who cast on coupons) , trust bin, convenient cabinet, several ss per cabinet;
DiPocket - good for Polish accounts, you can safely register and verify yourself.

I sincerely hope that you will find this information useful.

If anyone has any doubts about what I said, I am ready to show that these payments are tied to the account

what kind of proxy you use for Bing?
Hello. My personal favorite is the Pia S5 Proxy (https://www.piaproxy.com/). Very satisfying for me, as a pretty good analogue of the departed 911. Of course, there are nuances, but what without them. Second place in my so called top, was taken by Froxy (https://froxy.com/) with their mobiles. It was expensive and of high quality - Bing doesn't like stingy. In third place was BigMama Network (https://bigmama.network/), and if it weren't for their occasional chaotic change of IP address from one place on the planet to another, they would have ranked higher. Putting aside the fact I said above, the service is the best in terms of value for money.
I would also like to mention ProxyEmpire (https://proxyempire.io/) and Oxylabs (https://oxylabs.io/) - they are not my personal favorites, but they are not so bad that I do not mention them.
