I've been using dlvr.it and shorte.st for about three weeks now. My fan pages get updated every now and then with new posts. It helps me get my visitors interested and taken care of. I added shorte.st in dlvr.it's settings so all links shared on Facebook are shortened first and every click brings home the bacon
