It was the effect of user experience optimisation upon conversion rate. I a/b tested a landing page (on a client i was working on at the time) to test how the different features would effect the user experience and conversion.
Yes, i suppose its just a cop out from me saying i don't want to get another lot of hosting, so quite bad from me on that score(lazy)
I do have results for the clients I worked on, i actually have them on my free site as mini case studies.
I suppose my main set back was the disappointing round of cold calls (a combination of bad data and people just not wanting the service).
I am fairly young also, so in my mind I think business owners wouldn't pay attention to a youngster spouting out all of this digital marketing talk. This is my own problem, I suppose if i was more confident in this area, I would just make a list of local companies, and actually show up at their business as opposed to phone call.
Any thoughts on that route, or is there something better i could do?
