Hello guys, I'm looking for a software to organize my gainings/costs. I'm currently using a simple excel file where I manually add gainings and costs in order to have tracks of how my business is going.

Now I'm scaling up and I'm looking for a software that might pick my PayPal transactions and organize them automatically (idk like give a tag for each kind of service bill or earnings and automatically sort into an accounting sheet).
I don't need to send invoices, I already have all setup with PayPal, I just need to manage and organize transactions on my PayPal account. I saw freshbooks googling around, is it good for my case? Do you suggest it or do you know any better solution?
I'm very ignorant on this, so I might just have written a bunch of crap. Also, Idk if this is the right section to post.
Please be kind

Have U looked at Mint.com? I know they can auto-sync your bank. Maybe they do Paypal.
Otherwise U can export your transaction history from PP: https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-download-my-transaction-history-faq1007
Then import it into your excel sheet and manipulate it however you wish

Personally I use open source finance tracker software called MoneyMangerEX.
Banks/paypal let u export all transaction history as .csv
Can then import the csv into the tool and manipulate it from there.
Mint, YNAB, GNUcash, HomeBank are other popular tools in this niche that are money trackers & most allow for importing of external csv data or link directly to your bank.

Is the actual need of developed businesses even i got scammed 2 times in this month because of dealing in pathethic fb groups which has no checks, I sorted one local site providing that specific service trustworthy but too costly, im just looking auto services ,
Following your thread to get more information.
Thankyou

I asked mint support and they doesn't support paypal sync. Also I'm looking for some sort of automated software if possible. I don't want to manually export csv. Thanks for the tip anyway

You have bluewave or quickbooks ! Be careful, in some countries quickbooks doesn't support multi currency account. It will only record your main currency transactions, which would be then useless..
