Account Valuation Question

So I know there are twitter account valuation sites, but with each site I've seen, the values seem overly inflated.

Suppose I owned a twitter account with 500k followers, and less than 100 following. Followers are mostly real and targetted in the genre of general comedy / jokes.

I am just wondering if anyone could estimate an approximate value through either first or second-hand experience.

I can quote you if you can link me the accounts. I could do this for a small fee or maybe free if we can work something out lol.. let me know if you still need it.

Are you seriously trying to charge him to tell him what you think his account is worth?

If you don't want to post the account name here pm and I'll let you know what I think (for free since I'm not an asshole). FWIW I've bought and sold around 8 accounts all with 300k+.
