Why don't you show the screenshots from the live chat?

Here is the chat from 8 months ago when I bought 2 FB profiles too and they were blocked, but the amount was too small to waste time with you.

Because live chat is a separate system in which there is no search for clients due to the fact that it doesn't interact with the site's database, and it doesn't indicate an email if the client doesn't specify it. Simply put, I can only find a chat manually by looking through all active chats. I found the chat from the second screenshot, it was created 2 hours ago. As I wrote above, create a ticket for the order, I will check the problem and make a replacement if necessary.

Update: i got the refund. Thanks mod for handling it so professionaly and fast.

ACCFARM is TRASH! I got a large team of affiliates and we were looking for a new constant FB account supplier and came across this garbage. I got one of their most expensive FB account to test and these idiots gave an account that FB just wanted to confirm a code sent to the email on the FB account which was a hotmail. But they are so stupid they made this hotmail and put fake recovery email address on hotmail and so when I try to login to hotmail, hotmail TOO wants to confirm a code sent to the fake recovery address but obviously cant cause they put a recovery address that the domain doesnt even exist. I went back and forth with them several times in their support chat and they either dont understand a word of english or are complete scammers. I tell them I need them so solve the hotmail login issue or get on FB and change the email from that fake hotmail to a real email I will provide INSTEAD they kept changing the FB password and saying ok here's your new password it should work now. Like wtf? It's been a 1 month of me saying the same thing to them and they either not replying or replying back some nonsense. Basically I got scammed out of my money and got nothing but a waste of time. They lost a big client. I'm not buying 1000s of accounts from a site so ridiculous.

7 days now and no reply to my 3rd request for replacement. I've asked for a refund multiple times and again nothing. I can get those screenshots too if you need further proof.

Hi, I would like to answer in our marketplace thread when we open this account again. But since he wrote in this thread too, I will give the answer here first. I would like to clarify the situation for this client and the product he received. His problem was that when he entered, he blocked accounts and, to check the FB, sent a code to an email, which was also sent in turn for verification. Since these are aged trust accounts and usually it is not a problem to open them, we offered to provide him with the code from the email, since the supplier who placed these accounts has this email logged in, and then warm up the account and change the email to his own to restore the account. The client began to prove that this doesn't work that way and the contact for quick communication didn't give him a temporary code (it made no sense to send the code to the email, as it would have expired), so we just accepted the code ourselves and unblocked the account. The client was then provided with a cookie and a new password to avoid suspicious login. But he most likely didn't use them and blocked the account again upon entering. We opened it again. And so on. I will open the account again and send cookies, as soon as it will be done

THAT IS FASLE. For the 100th time, I need access to the email address, hotmail. I'm telling you your hotmail is locked out you guys keep changing the password on FB. And once again I saw the ticket message, and again you changed the FB password. I NEED HOTMAIL ACCESS THAT COMES WITH THE ACCOUNT PURCHASE. Either give me access to the hotmail that you guys cant properly create without putting a fake recovery address OR change the email address on FB to an email of mine which I can access. Otherwise no the account is not unlocked and you and your team are useless.
