acceptance into a CPA network(HELP NEEDED)

please i would like to know if there is any cpa network owned by a blackhatworld member or any one that a blackhat member manages. i am in a black listed country and the phone interview is a problem for me, i have a nice way of sending traffic to the offers but my main problem is that i cant get into the networks. please i would actually appreciate it if i get any help or suggestions or advice. i would be grateful if anyone helps me out here.
