About trademarked bidding!

i'm totally new to CPA, and i want to try it with Bing Ads.

i read here and some other forums peaple don't get paid because of trademarks .

what does this mean? if i promote offers like "Win an iPad".

can i make my text ad in "Win an iPad"?

Trademark bidding is when you bid on trademarked keywords. For example if you bid on keyword "facebook" and you promote sign-ups on facebook. I hope you understand.
