How legimate & viable is these android mining apps ? lately seeing more beta mining apps which gets full in a week. So are they trustable ? Any drawbacks using them ? or is there any legimate app ?

The CPU's used on Android devices are a fraction of a modern desktop CPU. Desktop CPU's aren't profitable for mining.
