About rules in BHW

Hello everyone.
I've been using this forum for 9 years. I have seen many users come and go, appear and disappear, but few members stay and are on the community. I think of myself as one of a long-lasting user and I have failed sometimes and got my warnings, but I learned the lesson. But there are other new laws that are not very well implemented due to contradictions.

I really like @BassTrackerBoats , and he helped me with the last warning which I admit I was self-promoting in a concrete way. But this time is not concrete, I consider that this last warning was really draconic and out of context about self-promotion.

Reasons:

2.- Someone else was bumping it out of time, they should have got him a warning and get it out of the time, doing that I don't longer get alert and I wouldn't have responded.
3.- People got intense asking for the "free manta scraper".
4.- I truly believe it is my right to close my own thread where I worked for free on a script just to get "BHW Rep up" as I want.
5.- Since point (2.-) this is very unfair, go behind that old thread bumper and not me.


Maybe I am wrong and I fucked up again, but I need to hear more moderator thoughts cause I really wanted to launch a BST for this Christmas (I am not even mentioning about what cause Im really scared of another draconic warning and being banned.)
And I already launched it but it got bumped cause Moderator told to add video in English.

Actually you are wrong on several points.

Your BST was not in English and this is an English only forum and a staff member would have to have understood Italian to properly manage it yet no warning as we usually don't warn for that.

In addition to that I've forgiven your second most recent warning with the expectation that you would follow the rules (you can see in your dashboard how many warnings you have had so it is clear you are all about not following the rules and all about you.

Feel free to go to support.blackhatworld.com and appeal it.

Thread closed as we don't over rule one another when it comes to staff actions.

Just because you opened a thread in the member downloads section doesn't mean you can sell in it. Jr. VIP doesn't permitted members to sell outside of the marketplace.
