Hi, I have something problem with proxies. Everyone says if you want to run a few Instagram accounts on PC, you need to provide unique proxies for each Instagram account.
Is it possible to host them by myself? Means buy a 4G sim card, and then PC connect wifi via hotspot? Or need to do some complicated operation to set the proxies?
*Sorry my English not so good, hope you guys can understand :P

Yes you certainly can do. Actually there are a lot of people doing it.

You can even run several accounts through the same 4g SIM card - however, the safe recommendation is to always use one account per proxy (in your case, one account per 4g SIM card).

And if you want each account to use a different SIM card (different IP), you will need your PC to change between hotspots and connect to each allocated SIM before the account actually starts its actions.

For example, if I use Jarvee, I run multiple IG accounts at the same time, I have a few 4G sim cards, but my PC can only connect one hotspot, that means only one IP run all IG accounts. Can I copy the 4G IP and insert it to the Jarvee? Because I know Jarvee has a function to change the proxies.

You can run multiple IG accounts on one 4G Proxy if it's rotating.
It is possible to have some 4G Proxies at home if running radiofrequency device 24/7 is okay to you. It gets more complicated at bigger quantities.

The radio frequency device cost how much? Does this belong to the IT field?

That is a mobile phone or 4g dongle or whatever. If you manage to connect it to Jarvee and make a rotation script which turns of and on mobile data at set interval of timing then you are good to go ;)

sounds complicated T.T

Try set your own proxy with dongle or try using connectify or spedify (but it only would work for one account)
